I am an independent graphic designer specialised in information design and user experience (UX & UI). I use these 2 skills to provide my clients with a new approach to digital communication: basing the strategic conception of a project on remarkable content (content that is remarked upon) and on concrete traffic targets.


Following my design training in Zurich, I worked as an artistic director in advertising agencies (Publicis, Bozell Advertising, and McCann-Erickson) for several years. It was in these agencies that I learned how to conceive and produce campaigns.


At the time, computing was beginning to transform the graphic design profession. I was very enthusiastic about the first Apple Macs early on and started studying the software programmes that were going to change the way we work forever. My employers involved me intensively in the smooth transition from traditional graphic design to digital graphic design. Making the right technological choices and training teams in the productive use of software was a rewarding experience. It left me with strong technological foundations enabling me to remain at the forefront of the developments in digital creation and graphic production.


I started up on my own in January 1997. The increasing demands in multimedia and the infancy of the Internet quickly allowed me to build up a network of clients. I created traditional graphic designs for them and rapidly specialised in the conception and building of websites, interactive animations and CD-ROMs. I have also been a trainer in the fields of multimedia and web design.


In order to meet the growing demand of my clients, in 1999 I co-founded the web agency Prezenz, which was mainly active in the conception and development of websites. I managed this agency with my partner for several years before going back into business for myself so as to concentrate on building interactive animations.


In 2006, I co-founded the Graf Miville agency. A versatile company, working mainly on large-scale digital projects. The agency put the emphasis on elaborate conceptions and meticulous design. A team of developers were responsible for undertaking and maintaining these projects for our clients. My activities in the agency were principally focused on managing projects, their strategic and ergonomic conception (user experience), design and e-marketing aspects. I was also responsible for creating visual identities and traditional graphic design (print) for certain clients.


During my final years of activity in this agency, I noticed a change in our clients’ needs. Communicating via all of the newly available media had fundamentally questioned their habits. The Internet had (finally) made consumers more critical of advertising messages. I understood that the new challenges of communication would need to move towards the creation of truthful and interesting content in order to stimulate commitment on the part of leads and clients. It is also a matter of optimising your online presence and seeing your digital ecosystem as the principal communication tool. Your targets will only find you if your digital visibility is concrete and effective!


These new communication challenges need new skills. It seemed to me like a thrilling opportunity. So, at the end of 2016, I decided to devote myself to the conception of digital strategies and the creation of narrative visual content. Placing the creation of targeted content as the starting point of a digital strategy enables you to create concrete digital presences.


I help companies and organisations to transform diverse data into static or animated visual creations. I transform data, which is often boring to consult, into attractive and easy-to-understand narrative infographics. This activity lets me capitalize on my varied experience in communication, my passion for the visual arts and the digital world, and my curiosity for culture and new trends. I also help my clients to analyse their digital presence and optimise the interactive experience they provide for their users. I apply my strategic approach to the content, its diffusion in a digital ecosystem, and finally the acquisition of qualified traffic.

A growing interest for e-learning also led me to get training in this rapidly expanding field. I am convinced that information design and user experience can improve the visual perception of online training courses. I help organisations in the visual conception of training courses and the implementation of complete e-learning solutions based on the Adobe Captivate tools.
